When looking at search results, notice the line that says AVAILABILITY.If it does not say "On our shelves now" we will need to order it. This can take from 3 to 14 business days for us to get it. DO NOT order this item if time is an issue. Please note that we will e-mail you the status of your order all along the way.

Shipping & Handling Charges
We only ship UPS, therefore we can not ship to PO boxes. Shipping and handling charges for orders under $50.00 is $5.00. All orders $50.00 and over ship free. Please contact us if you would like your item(s) shipped to Alaska or Hawaii as there will be an extra charge. We do not ship items overseas.

NOTE: You may pick your order up at The Red Balloon and pay at that time, in which case you may use any Shopper Reward coupons and Gift Cetificates you may have.

Special Instructions and Giftwrapping
We offer free giftwrapping on orders placed online.  Please indicate in the comments box which item(s) you wished wrapped along with any other special instructions.

Schools and Non-Profit Organizations
Unless you have placed previous orders with us, please call us first concerning eligibility for special discounts and tax-exempt status.

Methods of Payment
We accept Master, Visa and Discover cards. Shopper Rewards coupons and Red Balloon Gift Certificates currently can not be used for online purchases.  You may pick up yous order up at The Red Balloon and pay at that time, in which case you may use any Shopper Reward coupons and Gift Cetificates you may have.
