Claire was thrilled to join the Red Balloon team in the fall of 2021 as the new events coordinator! A long-time lover of children's books, she received her MFA in Creative Writing for Children and Young Adults from the Vermont College of Fine Arts in January of 2022. Her favorite parts of her job are all of it, but she especially loves that every day she gets to meet and work with people as passionate about children's books as she is. When not living the dream at Red Balloon, you can find Claire tutoring at St. Paul Academy, writing, climbing, or gazing lovingly upon her cat, Chewie.
