Step aside, bunnies, and make way for Porcupine! Red Balloon is hosting a special Storytime event in celebration of local author Amanda Henke's debut, Not a Book About Bunnies!
There are no books about the most underrated, majestic forest creature of all time … porcupines! But there are loads about bunnies. Can't Porcupine have just this one book to herself? Come enjoy a read-aloud of this delightful (and educational!) new picture book with the author herself and learn about the inspiration for Not a Book About Bunnies. There will be a chance to ask questions, get your books signed, and snack on some tasty treats!
To Attend: Space is limited, so a ticket is required to attend. You can register for a ticket through February 11, 8:30am, and pre-order a book below. Additional books will be available for purchase the night of the event. Face coverings are preferred, but not required.
Signing Guidelines: Following the talk, Amanda Henke will sign and personalize copies of the book. If you would prefer not to stay for the signing portion, Red Balloon is happy to have your books signed and personalized for you and will contact you when they're ready to be picked up.
