Celebrate the release of Kate DiCamillo’s latest novel with Red Balloon Bookshop! Join award-winning, bestselling, local author Kate DiCamillo for a talk and book signing at SteppingStone Theatre in honor of her new book, Louisiana’s Way Home.
Ticket Details: A ticket is required for admission and access to the signing line.
To obtain a ticket, you must purchase Louisiana’s Way Home by Kate DiCamillo from Red Balloon Bookshop. For each book purchased, guests have the option to purchase 1 additional companion voucher to bring a child, parent, or friend. Companion vouchers are $5 and may be redeemed toward any book purchased at the event. Tickets may be purchased online, in-store, or over the phone by calling 651-224-8320. Discounts do not apply. Tickets are non-refundable. Children 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
At the time of your purchase, you will be assigned a ticket number. This indicates your place in the signing line.
Books and tickets may be picked up at Red Balloon Bookshop anytime between Tues, Oct 2 (the publication date) and Friday, Oct 5. All other books and tickets may be claimed at the event once doors have opened on Saturday, October 6.
Event Location: This event will be held at SteppingStone Theatre, 55 N. Victoria Street, St. Paul, MN 55104. Doors will open between 5:30 and 6pm; the talk will begin at 6:30pm. Seating is general admission, with the first two rows reserved for guests at the front of the signing line.
Signing Guidelines: Directly following the Q&A, guests will be called up by number to wait in the signing line. Kate DiCamillo will sign and personalize an unlimited number of copies of Louisiana’s Way Home and Good Rosie and up to 1 additional title per guest. Your support of Red Balloon is appreciated!
CAN'T MAKE IT? If you'd like a personalized book but are unable to make the event, please order online or call us at 651-224-8320 to pre-pay. We'll have one or more copies signed and reserved for you or shipped anywhere the US Postal Service delivers.
