Bestselling author Richelle Mead (Vampire Academy, Bloodlines) returns to Red Balloon Bookshop in St. Paul with The Emerald Sea, the final installment of the Glittering Court series! In The Emerald Sea, we finally learn what it is that makes Tamsin Wright unstoppable and drives her to win at all costs. Join Richelle for a talk and Q&A followed by book signing. All fans are welcome at this free book event, but those who purchase The Emerald Sea or other books by Richelle Mead from Red Balloon will receive priority in the signing line.
Signing Line Details: To keep things organized, guests will need a lettered signing ticket to enter the signing line. Signing tickets may be obtained in two ways:
1) To reserve your place in advance, purchase or pre-order The Emerald Sea or any other book by Richelle Mead from Red Balloon Bookshop. Your book(s) may be purchased online, in-store, or by calling 651-224-8320. If purchasing online, please mention the event or request tickets in the "notes" section, and be sure to submit payment details. Guests who purchase books from Red Balloon will receive a green wristband that grants VIP access to the signing line.
2) Guests not planning a new purchase may claim a lettered signing ticket beginning at 6pm on the day of the event. These tickets will be issued on a first come, first served basis.
Directly following the Q&A guests will be invited by letter group to stand in line to have books signed by Richelle Mead. Those who have made a purchase from Red Balloon and received a green wristband will allowed to move to the front of their respective letter group. Books and green wristbands will be available the day of the event, though advance purchase is always encouraged.
Signing Guidelines: Richelle Mead will sign up to 3 books per fan, one of which can be personalized. These books may be purchased from Red Balloon or brought from home. Your support of Red Balloon is appreciated!
Photography Guidelines: Photos without flash are strongly encouraged; video and flash photography are not allowed. Because of time restrictions, photos in the signing line will be limited to unposed photos only. A Red Balloon bookseller or volunteer will be on hand to help take your photo while you meet the author.
CAN'T MAKE IT? If you'd like a personalized book but are unable to make the event, please call us at 651-224-8320 to pre-pay and we'll have one or more copies signed and reserved for you or shipped anywhere the US Postal Service delivers.
